Circa 1850 with later bay., Detached villa, 2-storey, 3-bay ashlar fronted with raised quoin ends and margins, rubble built sides and rear. S elevation: centre bay brakes forward slightly with Roman Doric columned porch, shallow moulded cornice and blocking course. Left hand bay rebuilt as good 4-light semi lozenge bay and right hand ground floor window altered to corniced bipartite, c.1860. Single pane sashed at later windows, 2-pane sashes at original windows. Piended and platformed slate roof end stacks.
Interior contains painted frieze of Venetian canal-scape in living
room. Railed dwarf garden wall, gate at angle, chamfered piers with moulded copes bearing oustandingly good wrought-iron overthrow arch and gate.
