Late 18th century. 2-storey house/tenement with 3rd storey
breaking eaves. Single storey block adjoining to S. Rubble
with ashlar dressings and copings.
N ELEVATION: 3-bay with door in centre and altered door in
3rd bay with 2 windows to the right. Originally 12-pane
glazing pattern now altered. Pedimented dormers at top of
each bay.
Pantiled roof with brick gable stacks.
Previously served as the Victoria Institute for fishermen.
Presently under redevelopment.
