Pair of earlier 19th century 2-storey houses at the W of a
courtyard. Rectangular plans. Rubble sandstone with droved
ashlar dressings, plain raised margins. Originally a mirrored
pair with 2-bay E and W elevations, entrance doors in
dividing close. Openings now partly altered; some lying-pane
and 12-pane glazing. Piended slate roofs; stacks rendered and
incised as ashlar.
INTERIORS: simple pilastered chimneypieces and winding
stair.
