Mid 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay building with
extension to N side. Channelled quoins between base course
and band course linking ground floor windows and door;
rusticated quoins above. Hoodmoulds at ground over bipartites
and stepped above central door to enclose circular panel.
Raised margins on 1st floor. Sash windows with 4-pane glazing
pattern. Piended slate roof; end stacks.
Possibly an exact site of the former Carmelite Friary.
