Description

Mid 18th century. 3-storey tenement. Ground floor rendered
and incised as ashlar; bull-nose rendering above, ashlar
dressings. Licensed premises at ground floor, centre door
flanked by windows; pend to right. Plate-glass sashes 1st
floor, 12-pane 2nd floor. Slate roof; 2 dormers of 1897 (Dean
of Guild) Plain skews with rolled skewput to left.
