Early 19th century, 2-storey, 3-bay house with centre door;
slightly lower 2-storey, single bay extension to west gable
with modern projecting porch masking side entrance. Random
rubble with heavy cement pointing, ashlar margins, some
harling to rear. 12-pane glazing; multi-pane glazing to
centre door; corniced stack; slate roof.
Low coped dressed rubble retaining wall with spearhead cast-
iron railings.
Rubble rear wall of Sutherland's shop, Deans Lane backs onto
West Deanery garden a forms L-plan court with house.
