Said to have been dated 1760. 2-storey, 3-bay house. White
painted rubble, some painted render, contrasting painted
dressings with long and short detailing. Centre entrance;
regular fenestration in W frontage slightly irregular at
rear; 2-pane glazing. End stacks; slate roof.
Single storey, single bay addition at N gable.
Unusual early 2-storey house in Seatown. No datestone now
visible.
