Late 18th/early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage
with additional bay at W. Dry dashed frontage, rendered
flanks (probably over clay and boulder walling), contrasting
painted margins. Centre entrance with double-leaf plank door;
2-pane glazing. Clay and boulder end stacks; asbestos tile
roof (replacing former thatch) with 2 loft roof lights.
Traditional cottage which is difficult to date but appears to
be one of the earlier fishermen's dwellings in the Seatown.
