Description

Early 19th century with later (circa 1980) wing set back at
W gable. Rubble, rendered margins. Off-centre entrance under
gablet with decorative cast-iron finial. 2-bay gabled wing at
W with bipartite and small projecting timber porch. 2-bay
dark painted timber extension (former fishing store) at E
with doorway and small window in frontage and bipartite in
gable. Varied glazing. End stacks to main cottage; pantiled
roofs with slate easing course.

Statement of Interest

Restored circa 1980. Gablet over door replaced former swept

roof detail. 3 traditional roof lights inserted. Render

removed and 2-pane glazing of traditional design replaced non-traditional glazing.
