1820-30, style of William Robertson. Single storey, 3-bay
house on sloping site with 2-storey, regular 3-bay return
frontage at No 2 Seafield Street. Harl pointed rubble, tooled
ashlar margins, painted on Seafield Place frontage. Centre
entrances to Seafield Place and in lower ground floor of
Seafield Street front; regular fenestration with 12-pane
glazing; pair coped ridge stacks; piended slate roof.
Rubble garden wall encloses corner site with spearhead
cast-iron railings and matching pedestrian gate.
