Dated 1808. Tall 3 storey, 3 bay house with later shop in
ground floor. Cherry pointed ashlar with polished or droved
dressings; raised quoins. Forsyth Place entrance and glazed
shop projection; Church Street centre door with flanking shop
windows. 12 pane sashes; Eaves band linking 2nd storey window
lintels and returning across gable as band course; slate
roof.
