Late 18th/early 19th century, single storey cottage, 4 bay.
Thick rubble walls, pilastered and lime washed. Broad south
gable chimney; windows small and irregularly shaped. 2 later barge-boarded dormers; slate roof.
Vernacular fishertown dwelling; precise dating difficult.
Probably clay mortar. Narrow, stone slab paving in front.
