Description

Gothic revival, Early Pointed/2nd Pointed, red rubble,
white sandstone dressings: S. porch and N.W. tower with
slated spirelet: external appearance of aisles:
large W. window of original and successful outline.
Interior: remarkable overall hammerbeam roof, well
designed and executed: west gallery. John Carver of
Kinloch (Meigle) archt., 1859-60. Recumbent effigy
of Edward Hay; font composed of nave pier with base
and hollowed capital; panel of low relief figures.
