Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house over basement. Ground floor ashlar; 1st floor rendered and lined as ashlar; angle quoins. Architraved and corniced doorpiece at right. Latticed fanlight and panelled door. Band course over ground floor. 12-pane sashes. Mutule eaves cornice. Slate roof with straight skew and brick end stacks. Ornate scrolled railings flanking steps, spearhead to basement area.

Statement of Interest

Forms part of symmetrical terrace with Nos. 17 and 19 (CF centre and right bay of No. 19). Similar fanlight to No. 17 and railings to Nos. 15, 17.
