Early 19th century. 2-storey T-plan house, smooth-rendered
and lined as ashlar with rusticated quoins, polished
basecourse and raised window margins.
Symmetrical 3-bay elevation with fluted Doric porch,
double-leaf doors and fanlight. Single-light windows with
plate-glass sashes. Corniced end stacks, octagonal cans;
thackstanes, flat skews. Slate roofs.
Rubble flanks with unsquared quoins. Full-height projecting
gabled wing to rear with modern single storey flat-roofed
additions.
