Late 19th century. Pair of 2-storey, 2-bay, semi-detached houses with platform/mansard roof and Queen Anne details. Squared and coursed rubble with rusticated ashlar quoins, ashlar margins, base course, eaves course, basket-arched and stop-chamfered arrises, stone mullions.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled doors with plate glass fanlight to left and right of centre with ornately carved segmental pediments, canted windows in flanking bays; 1st floor windows above doors with segmental pediments, bipartites with regular pediments above outer bays, all breaking eaves into mansard.
6-pane glazing pattern to upper sashes over 2-pane lower in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with some cans, ashlar coped skews and cast-iron downpipes with decorative rainwater hoppers and fixtures.
