Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 4-bay, classical terraced house now flatted. Droved ashlar with eaves cornice and blocking course, pilastered doorcases, architraved windows and dentilled and corniced window and doorheads at ground.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: bays grouped 3-1; 3 symmetrical bays with deep-set panelled door and 2-pane fanlight with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration above. Deep-set panelled pend door with 2-pane fanlight in bay to outer right, window above: modern rooflight at centre with piend-roofed canted dormers to right and left.
N ELEVATION: centre circular stairtower breaking eaves with decorative slate canopied panelled door flanked by bootscraper niches to W, stair landing windows; windows to right and left to both floors.
Mainly 8- and 12-pane glazing patterns with plate glass glazing at ground front, all in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.
OUTBUILDINGS AND BOUNDARY WALLS: single storey stone outbuildings with slated roof and timber doors. Low saddleback coped boundary wall to S, coped rubble walls to N, E and W.
