Dated 1803. Commemorative upright, square ashlar panel with chamfered margins set into rubble wall (remains of) and enclosed by semicircular coped rubble wall (originally with railings).
Inscription reads:
"This water brought in leaden-pipes from The Bank Well Under the patronage and direction of the Magistrates and Council of Burntisland"
