Later to late 19th century. 2-storey with basement, 3-bay villa-tenement. Polished ashlar with squared and snecked rubble, raised long and short quoins, band courses and eaves course; architraved doorcase and stone mullions.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. 7 steps with decorative cast-iron bannisters lead to deep-set panelled door with plate glass fanlight at centre, canted window to right in slightly advanced bay, secondary entrance with stone lintel to outer right; window in bay to left and further panelled door with plate glass fanlight in flat-roofed secondary entrance to outer left: part-blinded canted window in basement to right of centre and window to left: 1st floor with window at centre, canted window with eaves cornice and blocking course below finialled gable in bay to right, window to left.
4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with moulded cans, ashlar coped skews, skewputts and finials.
BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: low saddleback coped rubble boundary walls to S. Decorative cast-iron railings.
