Description

Mid Victorian. Baronial symmetrical semi-detached snecked
rubble villa. 2-storey and basement, each 1-window at inner
bay adva~cced and gabled outer bay with canted bay through
both floors cavetto-corbelled to square and gabled, reversed
plans; segment-headed spiral-moulded doorpieces with railed
steps; stop-chamfered openings, crowstepped gables and dormer
heads, finials. Slated roofs.
