Description

Early Victorian. Symmetrical detached rubble-built. 2-storey

and basement villa snecked rubble, simple distinctive

treatment double-gabled 3-window front with slightly advanced tripartites, centre pilastered and splayed doorpiece, railed

steps; 2 small round arched windows in gables at attic level.

Rear elevation also double-gabled with canted bays through

both floors. 2-windows centre between with semi-elliptically

arched windows.
