Dated 1868 at wallhead, but probably containing earlier fabric. 2-storey, 3-bay house with wide pend bay at S. Harled, painted
tooled ashlar dressings. Centre entrance with panelled door; 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Margined end stacks (heightened at S); slate roof.
Small blocked and scrolled off-centre wallhead datestone. North gable slightly skewed to exploit irregular site.
