Late 19th century. Single storey and attic house. Mixed rubble with contrasting painted courses, concrete dressings. Wide doorway with side lights; bipartites in outer bays; canted wallhead dormers in outer bays; modern plate glass glazing with hopper upper lights. Coped concrete end stacks; slate roof.
