Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay shop with modern fittings at ground floor. Painted coursed sandstone. Cill course at 1st and 2nd floors; eaves course; cornice; blocking course. Architraves to 1st and 2nd floor windows.
E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2-leaf glazed aluminium door to shop entrance to outer right; recessed 2-leaf timber door to outer left; shop window between. Regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors; centre bay blind.
Lying-pane timber sash and case windows at 1st and 2nd floors. Grey slate roof; stone skew to left; brick stack to left; harled stack to right; polygonal and circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
Forms part of an irregular square, marking the site of the medieval market area, Fish Cross.
