Description

Dated 1670. Rectangular shaft 3' 3" high with octagonal
head inscribed E 1A with lion rampant.

Statement of Interest

Erected by Earl of Airlie. Formerly 8' shaft on 5'

pedestal. Resited in Albert Street 1913 and recently

returned to elevated retaining wall position near old site.
