Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, tripartite symmetrical classical bank with projecting pediment to centre. Painted ashlar. Base course, giant pilasters supporting Tuscan entablature. Shouldered architrave to windows.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: slightly advanced, pilastered and pedimented entrance bay at centre, stone steps to doorway; doorpiece with square-section engaged columns, supporting balustraded entablature. Tall, tripartite, stone-mullioned, windows to outer bays. Regular fenestration to upper storey.
N (REAR) ELEVATION: 2-storey, 3-bay gabled addition to centre, irregular fenestration to returns, single storey slated lean-to to gable end. Single window to upper storey of right bay, door to ground and window to upper storey of left bay.
E (SIDE) ELEVATION: blank gable end.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: advanced, full-height bowed bay to centre with ground and 1st floor windows to N face.
Plate glass timber frame sash and case windows. Grey slates, lead flashing. Coped skews, coped gable stacks.
INTERIOR: modern bank fittings to ground. Upper floor not seen 2001.
FLANKING WALLS: symmetrical, single storey walls flanking principal elevation. Eaves course with blocking, segmental carriage arches to centre with projecting margins. Arch to E blocked with slated lean-to to rear.
