Circa 1840. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house. Squared and coursed chlorite slate rubble with stone cills and dormers.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Modern uPVC door with 2-part fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor, 3 dormer windows breaking eaves above.
E ELEVATION: gabled elevation with 2 windows to ground and 1st floor, those to right blocked; Prospect House (listed separately) slightly set-back to outer right.
Lying 8- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks (that to E with satellite dish) with cans. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding.
Formerly listed with Prospect House, Home Street which is now listed separately, and with which it forms an L-plan group. A distinctive and intact contribution to the traditional architecture of Aberfeldy.
