Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay cottage, at end of terrace row. Painted rubble. Painted margins. Painted rusticated quoins to N.

E (MAIN STREET) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; deep-set modern door and letterbox fanlight; steps up to door. Windows in outer bays, enlarged in bay to left. Modern full-length box dormer window.

S ELEVATION: adjoined to No 15 Main Street (see separate listing).

N ELEVATION: gabled and blank. Modern glazing. Red sandstone coped skews and scrolled skewputts, mutual to S. Broad painted rubble stacks, with red sandstone quoins and copes; mutual to S, gablehead to N. Small purple slates.
