Late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of irregular terrace. Dry-dashed. Timber lintels to 1st floor windows.
E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: raised surrounds to doorway at centre; single window at 1st floor above. Single windows to both floors in bays to left and right.
Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; rendered mutual stack to S; moulded octagonal cans; brick and partially rendered stack to N.
Part of B Group formed by terrace between Craiglea and Twizel House. Marked on OS 1863 as County Plice Station. By 1898 the Police Station had moved to the current location of the Post Office at Craiglea.
