Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay house with shop at ground floor to right. Rendered with painted stone dressings. Base, dividing band, cill and eaves courses; ong and short quoins.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: tripartite shopfront of doorway flanked by shop windows at ground to right; dividing pilasters; glazed door with 3-light fanlight; 2 single windows at 1st floor above. Tripartite doorway in 2nd bay; modern panelled door; 2-light fanlight; single window at 1st floor above. Single windows in 1st bay.

W ELEVATION: single windows in bay of rear projection to outer right. Blank gable to left.

Small-pane sahs and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick gablehead stacks to E and W.

Timber garage to rear.
