Rebuilt 1909. 2-storey, with 1st floor in attic, 4-bay house, in terrace. Harled. Base course. Stop-chamfered margins, except door to left; chamfered cills.
E (CREEBRIDGE) ELEVATION: door, with fanlight, in bay to right of centre and modern door in bay to left. Broad gabled bay to left of centre; window at ground and 1st floor. Window at ground in bay to right; dormerheaded window at 1st floor. Saw-tooth skews, bracketted skewputts and trefoil finials to gabled bay and dormerhead.
S ELEVATION: painted rubble and off-set chimney-breast above adjoining cottage, No 8 Creebridge (see separate listing).
N ELEVATION: adjoined to No 12 Creebridge (see separate listing).
W ELEVATION: modern extension adjoined.
Modern 6-pane glazing. Saw-tooth skews and bracketted skewputts to S. Corniced gablehead stack to S. Graded grey-green slates. 2 modern dormer windows to W pitch.
The house follows a pattern common in the urban communities of Wigtownshire at this date.
