Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house with later 19th century, single storey, canted bay to outer left. Squared and snecked whinstone with sandstone margins and dressings. Base course, eaves band, quoin strips.
W ELEVATION: door at centre ground; 2-pane fanlight, 2-leaf panelled door, later timber gabled porch over. Flanking windows; windows symmetrically placed at 1st floor. Later canted bay built into outer left corner, conical roof with finial.
uPVC windows. Grey slate roof, coped wallhead stacks.
INTERIOR: not seen 1993.
