Description

Traditional Hebridean-type cottage, formerly thatched, and with outbuilding (byre or barn) integral (ie sharing common long-wall) at north end of rear (west) wall. Now (1991) a tearoom. Truncated at south, with rendered gable, footings beyond of range which formerly adjoined. Rubble; painted ingoes. On long east wall, 2 windows and door, second door to separate compartment at north end, under continuous main roof. Outbuilding with west-facing doorway, stone steps built in to walling alongside leading up to wall-head.
