Description

Circa 1830-40. 2 storey ashlar S front to garden. Slate
roof, skew gables, 3 windows wide, margins linked to eaves
cornice and blocking course, end pilaster strips original
glazing bars. Painted architrave to centre door, cornice
over deeply recessed entry with eleborate arched traceried
fanlight. Rear elevation to Mearns Road with tall staircase
window, painted margins and dormers. Original garden
gatepiers on Humbie Road with Gothic panelling
