Probably 19th century. Hebridean-type thatched cottage.
Single storey 3-bay east front with later central lean-
to porch; single window on north wall, 3 windows
formerly on west wall, one now blocked. Thick rubble-
built and limewashed walls, partly battered, with
rounded angles. End stacks not original; muran thatch
roof, secured with netting, stone weights at inner
wallhead. Byre/shed to north east also rubble-built and
thatched, and set at angle to house: 2 separate building
stages; 2 doors face south east.
