Late 19th century. Haybarn; double - pile; originally 2
separate identical rectangular-plan and parallel gabled barns
with void between now roofed. Buttressed masonry piers
(rubble-built with red ashlar dressings) at each corner
linked by timber lintels, these with timber angle braces on
long walls.
Boarded gables with ventilation hatches; slate roofs.
Farmhouse (by William Burn) and remainder of steading
excluded from listing.
