John Coltart architect. Built circa 1875. Asymmetrical
2-storey house with Tudor features. Stugged pink ashlar with
polished dressings and hood-moulds; openings all
Tudor-arched; windows plate glass sashes. Off-centre door,
tripartite to left at each level (gabled dormer head at 1st
floor), wide gable to right wih 2 windows at ground,
corbelled oriel above. Shaped skews with gableted skewputts;
corniced end stacks; slate roof.
