2-storey 3-bay villa with Gothic features. Stugged red
ashlar coursers and dressings, with stop-chamfered reveals.
East elevation: central door and 1st floor windows all have
pointed heads; narrow inner bay advanced; hood-moulded
doorway with blocked label stops, door with cusped panels
and fanlight. 1st floor windows each beneath steep-pitched
gabled dormer head, plain barge-boards with cusped framing
(central apex stack); corniced end stacks; slate roof with
projecting eaves. Full-height rear wing.
