Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Painted rubble, quoin strips. Central door, panelled door, fanlight. All single light windows, sash and case with plate glass glazing. Graded slate roofs (re-slated 1992), skews to left, coped end stacks, sandstone ridge. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
Part of Garlieston B group. Ingleneuk with chimneypiece uncovered during alterations 1992.
