Description

Mid 19th century. One and a half storey, cruciform-plan farmhouse. Painted rubble, smooth quoins, windows with bracketted hoods.

To SW re-entrant angle, corniced, single storey porch with tall bipartite window. All windows bipartite, timber moulded mullions and transoms, casement windows, 16-pane glazing. To gables, attic windows similarly detailed. To NW tall dormer window light stair, small pane glazing with margined coloured glass.

Plain timber barge boards, slate roofs, corniced gable head stacks, tall, painted brick, diamond stacks in pairs.

Rubble garden walls, coped rubble gatepiers.
