Early 19th century, built for Louis Savan, a French emigre. Single-storey U-plan main house with twin 3-window bows,
flat-roofed entrance hall between with tripartite doorpiece
flanked by small arched windows. Twin piended pavilion wings
with gothick windows at back. Harled with granite margins.
Now store and poultry-house, poor condition.
On account of condition. Plain symmetrical steading frontage
now altered and boulder-built garden wall nearby.
