Archibald Simpson 1823 for John Thorburn. Neo-Greek, 2-storey
and basement stuccoed. E. front 2-window pedimented ends with
pilastrade between, W. front 2-window pedimented ends with
Greek Doric half peristyled bow and low dome: of outstanding
merit, but interior completely redesigned in modernistic
manner (only Treatment Room survives from original interior)
and large hall block attached at N. Additions by A. Marshall
Mackenzie 1891 and Dr. Kelly completely altered.
