Gillespie & Scott of St Andrews, architects. Built 1899. Rectangular boathouse with verandah to all sides and small chamber above. Timber framed with horizontal boarding on ashlar base. Lintelled boat opening with vallance to west; door to east. Balustraded verandah above.
