Description

Possibly built 1790. Picturesque single storey Gothic cottage.

Coursed squared whinstone with contrasting droved yellow ashlar dressings. South elevation: off-centre modern glazed door, 2 12-pane sashes in broad bowed bay to right; single small 4-pane sash beyond. Ogival - headed window with lying panes to left of door and additional sash window in outer bay. Narrow eaves band. Projecting eaves; corniced stacks; slated roof, curved over bowed bay with ship finial and gabled left, piended right. 3 windows to east elevation, one with lattice glazing. Enclosed by high, rubble-built garden walls.
