Circa 1805. Small Georgian country house, originally built for the factor of the Hamilton estate. Ashlar, 2 storeys on raised basement, 3 windows, astragals, low parapet, slate roofs; centre narrow pediment and pilastered doorway, fanlight, flight of steps.
At the side is a conservatory and extensive stabling to rear.
