Description

Erected after 1865. Tall, battered, square column with stepped base, on pedestal; projecting flat pyramidal cap with acroteria. Polished ashlar.

Statement of Interest

Erected by Alexander, 6th Earl of Leve and Melville in memory of his daughters, Marianne (died 1823) and Lucy (died 1865). Column inscribed on each face with Biblical texts.
