Description

William Stirling 1833-37 and circa 1860. Original house,
walled enclosure with ashlar copes.

Entrance to N in slightly recessed panel with decorative
fanlight. Lying-pane glazing, 8 and 12-pane, stilted gablets
to attic windows, 2-window bow to E. Addition to W in similar
style, layer windows, 4-pane glazing. Single storey range at
W with deep verandahs; slate roofs, ridge stalks with diamond
flues (some cut-down). Walled garden to N, square rubble
