Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay semi-detached house with
single storey 2-bay wing (formerly 2-storey neighbour) to E.
Harl pointed rubble red sandstone; ashlar dressings.
N ELEVATION: door at centre with strip fanlight, flanked in
outer bays by windows at each floor. Single storey wing to
left with windows to each bay, outer window probably former
door. The Pirn adjoined to W, listed separately.
12-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows. Pantiles,
with slate easing course and end stacks to 2-storey part.

Statement of Interest

Skew line of E gable wallhead suggests that the single

storey wing was formerly a separate 2-storey house.
