Mid 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Sandstone and whinstone rubble; ashlar margins and dressings. Advanced bracketted eaves.
S (MAIN) ELEVATION: 2-leaf boarded door at centre, flanking windows.
Timber diamond-paned casement windows. Graded grey slate piended roof, lead flashings; sandstone octagonal ridge stacks, octagonal cans.
