Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay villa with shop at part of ground floor. Red ruble sandstone, coursed to front, ashlar dressings, slate roof. 4-pane sash and case windows with chamfered jambs, dormer-headed windows to attic with finialled pediments; ashlar-coped skews, corniced end stacks.
FRONT ELEVATION: door with fanlight and chamfered jambs to centre, window toleft, 2 windows to attic, shopfront advanced to right with decorative metal parapet, large canted Venetian-type window at attic swept to square at finialled gablehead. 2 windows to left return elevation, 1 to right.
INTERIOR: not seen.
